1. Reserve & Deposit Terms
To reserve a puppy from Big Rope Fluffy Frenchie, an application and deposit are required.
Deposit Amount: A standard deposit of $500 CAD is required to hold your chosen puppy or secure a priority placement on our upcoming litter waitlist.
Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit signifies a mutual commitment to care for and transfer ownership of the puppy.
Deposit Transferability: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking your reserved puppy, your deposit is 100% transferable to any future litter within 24 months of the original deposit date.
Breeder Cancellation: If Big Rope Fluffy Frenchie is unable to fulfill your reservation due to veterinary or health reasons prior to pickup/delivery, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to transfer your deposit to the next available litter.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Clear Pricing: All puppy prices (for pet home placement or full breeding rights) are clearly stated on individual puppy profiles or provided in writing prior to accepting any deposit.
Final Payment: Full balance payment must be completed at least 48 hours prior to flight/road nanny transport, or in cash/certified funds upon in-person pickup in Whitehorse, YT.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank e-Transfer, certified wire transfer, or cash (for local pickup).
4. Delivery & Transport Policy
Local Pickup: Buyers are always welcome to pick up their puppy in person in Whitehorse, Yukon by appointment.
Nationwide & International Shipping: For long-distance buyers across Canada or internationally, we coordinate with trusted, professional flight nanny and ground transport services.
Transport Risks: Transport costs are paid directly to the transport provider or added to the final invoice. While we ensure puppies are cleared for travel by a licensed vet prior to departure, shipping fees are non-refundable once transport commences.
