How to get the most from a Frenchie puppy video visit
A live video conversation gives you a chance to ask your own questions and see a puppy beyond a still photograph. A little preparation makes that time much more useful.
Choose a puppy and share your questions ahead of time
Send the identification name or listing link for the puppy you would like to discuss. Let the breeder know who will join the call and what you most want to understand: personality, daily routine, parent information or collection plans.
When requesting a time, include your city and time zone. On our contact form, you can select a video visit and suggest a preferred time. We will contact you to confirm the appointment.
Ask for ordinary moments
Ask to see the puppy moving around in a suitable space and interacting naturally with the breeder. If the puppy is sleeping or the timing is unsuitable, arrange another opportunity rather than asking for an artificial performance.
Ask which dog is on screen and whether you can see the parents or discuss their records. A photo of several dogs together does not, by itself, establish a particular parent pairing. Confirm the relationship for your chosen puppy directly.

Use the call to clarify the practical details
Discuss the written agreement, deposit terms, current availability and the proposed handover arrangements. Ask how you will receive the documents and who to contact with follow-up questions.
A video call can help you get acquainted, but it does not replace written records or advice from your veterinarian. Keep your questions specific and take time to review the information afterwards.
Keep a short set of notes
Write down the puppy name, the date, the answers you received and anything still to confirm. After the call, request the missing details in writing before making a commitment.
